Responsibilities

What will you do?

  • Recruitment of Financial Advisors.
  • Acquiring and maintaining relationships in the worksites.
  • Daily activity management of all Financial Advisors (FA’s) within the allocated Markets.
  • Design and execute on plans to grow and maintain the client base according to allocated quality and quantity metrics.
  • Ensure all FA’s are compliant with FAIS Fit and Proper requirements.
  • Create and maintain relationships with new and existing Market Stakeholders with support from the Market Management Team.
  • Ensure that the FA has the necessary leadership and management support aligned to the African Rainbow Life Culture.
  • Always ensure administrative efficiency within the branch.
  • Approve all new business in line with stipulated new business controls of the business and requirements of the FAIS Act and related client regulations.

Minimum Requirements

Requirements:

  • 5 years industry relevant experience of which 3 years should be in a sales leadership role
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Clear Credit and Criminal records
  • Own vehicle

Qualification:

FSCA recognised qualification listed or credits pertaining to the date of first appointment in the industry, as listed on the most recently published Board notice as published for recognised qualification by FSCA.

  • RE 1 and RE5
  • Wealth Management Level 5
  • Computer literate (MS Office, Excel)
